99 Forest Lane

Bordering the National Forest and Mount Sneffels Wilderness, these two hand-hewn, off-grid cabins are thoughtfully sited near the headwaters of the Middle Fork of Leopard Creek. No neighboring homes are visible from the 10-acre property. From the cabins, access extends into deep public lands for hiking, big game hunting, and winter backcountry skiing. The neighboring property, 66 Wildwood, is also available and includes two larger cabins and a barn, creating the opportunity to own nearly 24 acres and an authentic, easily accessible backcountry retreat in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado.
